Though alcohol has been touted as having everything from anti aging, disease-fighting and heart healthy benefits, recent studies reveal that alcohol may not be as good as some say. The critics are cautioning that no study has ever proved a causal relationship between moderate drinking and lower risk of death, only that the two are often related.
