This morning marked President Obama’s return to Elkhart, Indiana, the site of his first in-office town hall back in February. The central Indiana town has since found itself at the center of the economic recovery debate and Obama arrived in Elkhart today to speak about his stimulus plan and reassure America’s heartland that relief is on the way.
And who was there to provide real-time coverage and live-streaming of the press conference, Q&A and subsequent interview with NBC News’ Chuck Todd? MSNBC and Tinker, of course. MSNBC and Tinker entered their fourth partnership (see Obama’s Town Hall on Healthcare, Michael Jackson’s Memorial Coverage and Sotomayor’s Senate Confirmation Hearings), together providing the most comprehensive coverage of this crucial block on the road to economic recovery.

The live stream, coupled with the Tinker widget, provided audience members and regular viewers alike with a 360 degree experience of the event. Check out the image below in case you didn’t see the live-streaming on MSNBC.com!
