To win on one's own merits is one thing. To win because you pitch yourself 24/7 is getting pretty old. I really applaud your efforts to curtail the spamming as much as you can. I just hope those wishing to win do not spam the twittersphere trolling for votes. Let your merits speak for you. There's strength and honor in humbleness.
